Refreshing!!
Having worked out for over 12 years, some of the excitement of working out is lost and motivation diminished. I have read the mags, seen the abs, bought guides, but none have been nearly as helpful at getting me back on track with the ability to switch up routines quickly and keep informed on new exercises and how to do them. I had little expectation from the app initially as it was free and most are quite shallow, but this has blown me away to the point I have even paid for the full version, which is even better! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to spice up there routines, keep track of progress and learn new exercises.
