Pretty Amazing. I cant believe its free. Seen some others out there, but this one is great. Well laid out, excellent workouts and good job on the video demos. That will be very helpful for many new to getting right into exercising and reshaping their bodies. BEST FREE APP in my opinion!! Great Job!!
This app has made life in the gym a breeze. Preloaded workouts, easy to use, easy to customize. Pics explaining exercises are great. My only complaints are auto 3 sets for cardio (who does sets of cardio? I ride the bike or elliptical for a set time) and I cant listen to my music when Im working out. Kind of a bummer. Would be 5 stars if I could. Dont know if you can in the paid app
This app was great in getting me back into working out and trying to beat my goals.
Not the most intuitive app, but very useful. Will likely purchase pro version after trying this out a few more times.
Having worked out for over 12 years, some of the excitement of working out is lost and motivation diminished. I have read the mags, seen the abs, bought guides, but none have been nearly as helpful at getting me back on track with the ability to switch up routines quickly and keep informed on new exercises and how to do them. I had little expectation from the app initially as it was free and most are quite shallow, but this has blown me away to the point I have even paid for the full version, which is even better! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to spice up there routines, keep track of progress and learn new exercises.
Needed to get in shape having twins, this app was recommended from a friend. All I can say is wow, whoever wrote this sure knows their stuff, anything you could want is on here.

Some bad moments

Very dificult to use and to add the exercises, just a few exercises... Didnt like it!
Well, I had my hopes up since the preview pictures on the app store actually did look promising. Once downloaded the reality kicked in, I was forced to open an account just to even open the app and peek around (I used a disposable email account because my info is mine to keep) once on the app, my suspicions became true, the app sucks... Menus are heavily complicated and I cant imagine how to successfully use this thing ping the middle of a workout. The idea is good but the app simply does what many other apps do in a very complicated way. Me? NO GO!!
If this counts as a top rated app for a category than the app writing industry is in an a real sorry state... Tried the pro version and its even worse.
The requirement of having a membership to use the app was a major drawback for me. Dont want to sign up for another thing, just want to track my progress.
You absolutely have to register even just to try out the most basic fonction of this app. Unfortunately, after registered on the website and on the app, I realized that you can not add an exercise to your workout routine unless you go for pro. In other words, if you dont pay, this app is merely an workout encyclopedia of a very limited repertoire, with absolutely no tracking, logging, or note taking function allowed.
Freezes all the time, doesnt switch between exercises once youve completed your current one, very disappointed
